1. Do ladders have a safety certificate?

Ladders are manufactured according to EN 131-1,2 standard. At the customer's request a manufacturer's declaration of conformity is issued.

2. What profiles are used for the production of multi-purpose ladders?

ladders 1x5 to 1x11 steps:
·         Stringer profile 58x25x1,2mm;
·         Step profile 28x28x1,2mm. 

Ladders 1x12 to 1x18 steps:
·         Stringer 75x30x1,4mm;
·         Step profile 28x28x1,2mm;

ladders 2x6 to 2x11 steps
·         Stringer profile 58x25x1,2mm;

3. Why on the side of the ladder there is an information saying that the weight for one step is maximum 150kg and on the package it says 250kg?

As the Polish regulations require that the load on the step of the ladder was not more than 150kg, while our company guarantees the strength of the step to 250kg without deformations, which is confirmed by tests on a special stand , that's why weshare this information with our customers by placing it on the packaging.

4. Where can I get an instruction manual for the ladder?

The ladder user manual is placed on the back of the poster.

5. Can I obtain a ladder curresnt technical condition document from your company?

Yes, we issue such ladder documents after organoleptic examination by a specialist. The cost of the test is 20 PLN / pcs, unfortunately you have to pay the costs of the delegation and to minimize costs, the best if the examinations are carried out simultaneously for all ladders that are in your possession.

6. What is the dry riser and does your company install them?

Dry riser is a water device designed for fire safety to quickly provide water to the upper floors of the building with firefighting equipment. Yes, our company is installing them.

7. I noticed that your industrial ladders have some steps welded from two sides and the other from four - is this a properly made ladder?

The ladder is made in accordance with our used technology, all ladders are welded from four sides - the first, middle and last step of the ladder, the remaining steps are welded only from two sides since welding all levels of the four sides wouldn't increase the strength and stability of the ladder.

8. Why welded ladders are better than widely available ladders with dosed steps?

Welded ladder is a permanent and rigid structure, which can work in all conditions, even on unstable or soft surface, eg. a lawn, because the rigid structure of the ladder does not allow the undermining, what is a common problem for all popular ladders. After a few times of work with a regular ladder on the lawn riveted ladders are loosening which results in the later creation of the so-called. "bounce" that is a challenge with work at height - that is why all professionals are using welded ladders. Lifetime of such made ladder is many times longer than a ladder with a weaker structure.

9. Why did you choose the ladder welding technology?/p>

We did not want to produce low-cost, low-quality and typical ladders, but we had ambitions to produce ladders for professionals who previously could not obtain a solid heavy-duty ladder. On one side this is a labor-intensive production method, but it gives excellent results. Ladder welding technology is used only by a few companies in Europe and our goal was to join them.
